Free delivery is available on purchases over £35 (before credits applied). To UK mainlands only. All purchases below £35 are subject to a delivery fee. All delivery fees are clearly stated when you reach your basket.

If you have an issue with your bundle/item please contact us immediately.
All of the items we sell are considered second hand. While every effort is made to ensure you receive clothing in an almost perfect condition, it is possible that an item may have a defect which we have missed. If you are not entirely happy with your goods, please contact us immediately.
We do not offer refunds cash or otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We clearly state the condition of all clothing in the items description. They are broken down into the following categories and priced accordingly 

Brand new with or without tags -  Items that come with original tags or packaging

Great - Like new or show little use. There will be no marks or bobbling on these items

Good - Used but still in wearable condition. Some items may have very light bobbling or vary small marks in unnoticeable areas and will be noted in the description 

Playwear - Still un usable condition but will a defect like a mark or bobbling. Playwear items will come with extra photos and descriptions. Playwear items are non refundable  

Clothing that hasn't been sold in our online shop but still in great condition will be sent to causes here in the UK 
Any clothes that are not suitable for resale will be packaged up and sent to communities in developing countries to be sold at markets or respun into new fiber's for clothing or blankets.

From time to time we may promote a cause if we feel it fits in with our ethics, We are happy to share stories and just giving pages on Facebook. 

 

Copywrite policy

We reserve the right to withhold the use of our photos, literature, logos and any trademarks. Some of our photos are original and copy right protected unless otherwise stated.  Any stock photos will be credited with the original source. Permission must be sourced to use any of our copywritten material.  

We have used family in our original photos and want to protect their privacy. We DO NOT authorize the use of these photos in any way and will be subject to a take down order.
