We aim to process your order as quickly as we can and dispatch is normally around 2 working days after your order has been placed. Excluding bank holidays. Standard shipping time is around 3-5 business days. At the moment, we do not have an 'Express delivery' option and your order may be delayed due to situations outside of our control
Once your package has been posted, we have no control over time of delivery and can be delayed by other outside influences or if no one is home the courier may leave a note to arrange re delivery. Please check the terms and conditions of the carrier you have chosen as we do not offer refunds on delivery charges for any reason except orders that have been declared lost by the carrier
once we have packed your order, you will receive a tracking number by email from your desired carrier if you have not received your tracking code, check your spam filters or log into your Reborn Rags account. Please email us if you still can’t find it.
As we are a family run business, from time to time we will close the shop for family holidays. We will let you know if this happens on our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/RebornRags.co.uk/ we also may have to take ad hoc days of for things like childcare, and school holidays which could affect delivery times
At the moment, we can only email you with return labels. Our delivery partner Hermes is in the process of setting a portal where you will be able to generate your own delivery notice which will be much easier for all involved! Until then we ask you to email us with your account number and we will sent the notice for you to print. Please allow 2-3 working days.
If you are unhappy with an item, we will happily swap it like for like. Just email us and we will send you out an alternative. Any replacements we send will be free delivery.
